How to file a copyright notice
Email oldgamerofficial@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Notice” and include all of the following:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email, and your electronic or physical signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on http://www.oldgamer.site/ of the material you want removed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
What we do
When we receive a complete notice we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, normally within 3 business days. We may send the notice, or a summary, to the person who posted the material.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to oldgamerofficial@gmail.com containing: your name, address, phone and signature; the URL of the removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We may restore the material after a reasonable period if the rights holder does not start legal action.
Repeat infringers
We may block access for users or sources found to repeatedly infringe copyright.
False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a false claim that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please make sure your notice is accurate.
